Effective immediately, Tecknolaser has chosen to associate with Purolator courier to carry out the empty cartridges return program. When receiving your order, look for the clear envelope marked “Important” on the outside of the box. It contains a self-adhesive Purolator prepaid coupon that has been pre-addressed for the return of your used cartridges. Also, every box of Reflexion toner contains a Purolator prepaid Bill of Lading.
A. If you are using the pre-addressed, self-adhesive Purolator coupon, you must:
- Schedule a Ground Pick Up by calling Purolator at 1 888 SHIP-123 (1 888 744 -7123). Press 1 for service in English, then 3 to speak with a customer service representative.
- Provide the following information:
- Your company name, address and postal code
- Contact name and telephone number
- Where is the package to be picked up
- Your hours of operation
B. If you are using the Purolator Bill of Lading, you must:
- Fill out the form by including your company name and address.
- Detach the last copy, remove the large shipping label on the left and place it on the package to be picked up. Only one label per bundle is needed.
- Schedule a Ground Pick Up by calling Purolator at 1 888 SHIP-123 (1 888 744 -7123). Press 1 for service in English, then 3 to speak with a customer service representative.
- Provide the following information:
- Your company name, address and postal code
- Contact name and telephone number
- Where is the package to be picked up
- Your hours of operation
